Description

High gloss, good filling performance, easy to use, fast dry, good anti-pollution capacity, bright-colored and good weather resistance, Mainly applicable for general cars, business vehicles, buses and etc.

Surface Treatment

Clean with hot suds; degrease; sand with 800#-1000# sand paper, wash with clean water, degrease again after completely dry.

Spray Gun & Viscosity

Gravity Feed  1.2-1.5mm4-5kg/cm2

Suction Feed: 1.4-1.6mm 4-5kg/cm2

16-19 seconds, by 4# Zahn Cup at 25°C

Spray Method

Wet spray 2-3 coats, volatilization time between coats: 5-10 mins. keep still for 10-15 mins after spraying before baking, film thickness (dry film): 30-50μm

Proportion

Based on 70% transfer efficiency for 30μm single coat:

Theoretical value: 8 sq.meters./ litre (Diluted)

Theoretical value: 13 sq.meters./ litre (undiluted)

Pot Life

At the temperature 25°C

FK-807 medium concentration fast dry hardener: 2 hours

FK-808 medium concentration standard hardener: 4 hours

FK-809 medium concentration slow dry hardener: 4 hours

Application

Applicable for hardened and sanded coat, FK 2k floating coat series, air-drying primer and plastic body or autobody parts sprayed with treating agent and etc.

Notes

1.Degrease the primer film first, then dry after sanding with 800#-    1000# wet sand paper

2.Appropriate amount of BCS should be added on case the  temperature is above 30°C. (Refer to instructions of BCS for more details)

3.Paint added hardener should be used up within the pot life and can not be kept and re-used, Please clean up all spray tools immediately with thinner after using.
