SMMS3600 polypropylene spun-bonded nonwoven machine

Over 20 year's experience of designing and manufacturing the SMMS3600 polypropylene spun-bonded nonwoven machine, the line of the Yuyang Nonwoven Machinery has the characteristics of simple structure of linear type, easy in installation and operation. The 3.6m SMMS nonwoven machine adopts advanced world famous brand components in pneumatic parts, electric parts and operation parts and it uses high pressure double crank to control the die opening and closing.

The 3600 SMMS composite nonwoven line consists of two spunbond dies and two meltblown dies, extruding machine, melt filter, measuring pump, refrigerator, winding machine and so on. These key equipments of the SMMS3600 nonwoven machine are manufactured by professional factory in Changzhou, Shanghai or Wuhan. Also, the rest part of the SMMS3600 composite nonwoven fabric line is manufactured by our selves since our company has a large number of professional engineers and technicians.

The technical process of nonwoven machine:

Recycling raw material + side material-melting and extruding-filtering-measuring-filtering-spinning-cooling-air dragging-air dispersing-air-laid web forming--cooling-winding-slitting-product packing-entering into the warehouse-conducting sales.

Production capacity and energy consumption:

For the product which product weight is 30g/㎡, width is 3.6m, the capacity is around 14000 KG/day;

For the product which product weight is 60g/㎡, width is 3.6m, the capacity is around 16000KG/day.

SMMS power consumption is around 500 KVH/ton-800 KVH/ton, and real energy consumption is decided by specifications of the product.
