Smart Card Wire Embedding and Bonding Machine

It's used to embed wire and weld wire with chip at the same time, combine with the advantages of antenna embedding machine and bonding machine. Bonding system has the fine tuning device and it can adjust position automatically, which make sure the bonding process is under high precision and safety.

This model of wire embedding and welding machine can be installed 1-8 embedding heads and 5-8 welding heads according to different  production process, 5-8 welding heads can weld at the same time.
