Trailer Hitch Ball 

The hitch ball has a 1-7/8" diameter x 2" long shank with wrench flats. 

Raw material : C45. 40Cr ,  .High strength alloy steel  ,We also can customize according to Customer's requirment.

Processing flow:

The ball blank: We have all kinds of molding sizes and  use  high precision friction press to forge the ball blanks

Machining:  CNC machine  , Processing Center ,coreless grinding machine,Drilling Machine , polishing machine.

                 High precision wire rolling machine.

Heat treatment: Mesh belt furnace , high-frequency quenching , Tempering treatment .

Polishing : We have to go through three polishing before Electroplating . 

Surface : The hitch ball is chrome plated(Zinc plated,Silver plated, brass plated, Nickel plated) according to industry standard. 

              And Salt spray test 48-96 Hrs.
