Battery Recycling Working flow:
Step1.Cutting the battery into 4 small pieces and collect the acid ,here collect the Major part of Acid to tank.
Step2.Crushing the lead plate and plastic cover into smaller pieces by our fist crusher,at the same time the vibrating screen placed under the export of crusher for removing more acid to 2nd tank.
Step3.Crushing the lead plate and plastic cover into 10-15mm pieces by the second crusher.
Step4. using the principle of different density of plastics and lead , separate the plastic particles and lead by water.
Step5. using the principle of different density of plastics and lead , separate the plastic particles by shaking table for further separation ,increase lead particles and plastic separation rate
