The main functions of the small automatic spray line are as follows:
First, the host fuel injection part: the host shape is rectangular, 3200 × 800 × 750 high. Second, the electric box control system for the small automatic spraying line is divided into two parts:

2, digital control box; by the PLC, touch screen, air switch, relay and other components, the system control program input PLC and touch screen, all control are in the touch screen control, simple operation, easy to understand.
Third, the fuel system part:
Fuel supply system section. By the mold pump, small mixer, regulator valve and other components, so that the edge of the oil side of the mixing function to ensure that the fuel injection products will not appear color. The oil supply system is simple, easy to maintain daily, will not give customers unnecessary trouble.
Fourth, the fuel-saving device part of two:
1, photoelectric induction system; by the 12 photoelectric induction, magnetic absorption, relays, time system and other components, the control of the gun in the detection of a product flow through the spray when the paint, to achieve fuel-efficient features.

2, the point spray fuel system; the system program input PLC and touch screen, install the sensor device, the sensor sensor to the line when the product flow control by the gun injection gun.
