Product description

Sleeve protect the optical fiber when splicing is a very good and common way. Standard splice sleeves from XXR is protection for completed fusion splices, All splice sleeves are heat shrink and use steel strength members or ceramic rod to give splice extra protection. Netlink Shrinkable Sleeve is applied to the optical fiber closure to fix and protect the optical fiber when splicing. Sleeves are made of ethylene vinyl acetate with heat activated memory which causes them to shrink under heat. Sleeves shrink tightly to exclude air and hold the rod firmly preventing abrasion of delicate glass fibers.

Features

Optic fiber heat shrinkable sleeves is used to protect the fiber optic joints. Move the heat shrink sleeves to the fiber optic connector, let the melting point of the heat shrinkable sleeves in the middle, gently straighten the fiber connector, put into the heater and heating. The EVA inner tube is melted, and the polyethylene pipe is tightly sleeved on the connecting optic fiber after shrinking. Since there is a stainless steel rod in the tube, it not only increases the tensile strength (1000~2300g). At the same time, can protective the fiber from being bending.
