Making yogurt
1. Pour fresh milk or pure milk (disinfection) and ferment or 10% of total volume iced pure yogurt. Then stir the mixture evenly.
Cover the container or glass cup which contains the finished mixture, then put the glass or container into the fermentation tank of the machine and cover the lid.
Connect the power and start to ferment, control fermenting time between 8-12hours. Finished yogurt will be condensed into gel-like, the fermenting time longer the effect more obvious.
Add lots of additive and pigment.
