Q: Where is your factory? A: Our factory is located in Xiwu, Ningbo, it is 20 minutes from Ningbo International airport. Q: What is your delivery lead time? A: It usually take 30-60 days depends on non season, we will clearly advice in our quotation. Q: What is your trade terms? A: Our quote is on FOB basis in full container load, payment terms is 30% deposit & balance TT in advance or L/C at sight. Q: What is your MOQ? A: We deliver our products based on full container load, assorted products meet MOQ is acceptable, our minimum order quantity depends on each products, it is around 1000 sets for stickgoods and 2000 sets for smallwares, it will clearly mentioned in our quotation. Q: Can you do OEM & ODM? A: We are strong in R&D and have 10+ engineers in Ningbo for products & packaging design, most of our production are based on OEM, we can follow exactly what our customers required, as well, we are provide ODM for our customers, just sending your idea and we can make it to prototype for your approval and make the mould for production, development cost can be negotiable while you sent your enquiry.
