Description:

Shrink wrapping machine is an automatic packing equipment which continuously unfold the film roll to cut the film at required length,and deliver the film by vacuum adsorption slope conveyor to the bottom of a group of container, the container continues to forward at the same time the revolving rod puts the film to wrap the container, and the film ends overlap to the film initial position under the container, then the wrapped plastic container is fed into a heating tunnel, finally form the film shrink wrapped product. The machine is composed by container feeding device, the container grouping and arrange device, firm stretching device, film cutting device, film delivering device and shrink film wrapping and shrink tunnel. It can be used to pack different containers, such as: plastic bottles, glass bottles, cans, jars or a plurality of small packaging. Packing capacity can be up to 150 packs per minute.

3. Structure characters:

3.1 Patent design bottle infeed system: collocation can be for a variety of products, changing bottles and collocation easy to adjust, no need additional change over parts, low-impact bottle separating system, suitable for beer bottle, soft PET bottle etc.

3.2 Advanced configuration, safe and reliable:main drive using import servo controller, servo motor, FESTO pneumatic system, SICK sensor and B&R system, PLC module integrated control etc., ensure machine running low failure and high efficiency.

3.3 Unique film unwinding and film pre-cut device:film unwinding constant tension transmission, servo motor control, and clutch film cutting and a speed position sensor, to control the film length, cancelling the single cylinder control mode.

3.4 High production efficiency:The double film rolls can be used alternately, it takes only one minute to change the film. No film machine stops, continuing linear motion when operating, speed adjustable, variable speed, high production efficiency.

3.5 Fine material and durable:machine frame, driving parts using import aluminum and stainless steel material, life span few times than material made in China, the table top chain and wheel made of macromolecule, self-lubrication and low wearing material, equipped with self-lubrication device, durable, very few spare parts changing for future running, saving production cost.

 3.6 Convenient adjustment: It’s easy for the operator to change different bottle size, saving time, convenient and fast.

3.7High quality electrostatic spraying:when designing this machine at the beginning we consider that most of equipments in China are carbon steel painting, the disadvantage is low adsorption forces, easy falling off, easy aging, fading when high temperature, needs re-painting during overhaul after 2-3 years, which costs a lot, but we compare with foreign equipments, treat the machine by electrostatic spraying, cost is about 4-5 times of painting. Machine bright and shinning, high absorption forces, reaching the level of import machine. Machine frame grey color, both shrink tunnel and door are white.

3.8Compact cabinet design: we install the electric cabinet on the top of the machine, which make the complete machine more compact.

 3.9Advanced shrink tunnel:Both sides of shrink tunnel equipped with electric elements, using stainless steel mesh chain conveyor, eliminating the problem of pulling to one side by the import chain conveyor after running for a long time.
