 General Information
EMS Series is ideal for handling kinds of waste in different industry. It is powerful to protect the machine from blocking and reduce tear and wear on internal guide rails. With the rotor diameter of 400mm to 600mm and width of 800mm to 2000mm, EMS series is driven via 1 or 2 gear motors. Hydraulic system is protected and well integrated with the cutting chamber for saving the installation area and easy replacement as well as maintenance. The standard Stype rotor, outboard bearings, screen bracket operated hydraulically, knives and knife holders of special design are recognized by our customers. EMS Series can be tailor-made, if necessary, for different application. Additional parts such as water cooling system, rotors coated with hard alloy and wear-resistant units are optional upon requests.

EMS series of compatible shredders is ideal for different applications such as defects, electronic parts and post consumer waste in the field of recycling industry. It can handle all kinds of products such as plastic lumps, pipes, film,woven bags, electronic waste, cables, IBCs, paper, woods and other organic materials. Different screen hole sizes are available for various processing requirement. Some final shredded products can be used directly. Some are transferred to ACERETECH GE series of granulators for further size reduction.
