installation, maintenance and repairing, etc. Considering oversea service is complicate than usual, we will instruct your technician by email or telecommunication for small problems. While for big stuff, we can send technician to site to assist the work.   12 months facility warranty from the day crane comes into inception. During this period, any problems occur from manufacturing reasons, it will be solved by us free of charge. After 12 month, we will continue provide timely after sale services for site engineering, if necessary.       Packaging & Shipping   1. Main beams will be packed by plastic woven cloth. 2. Hoist & trolley fixed with steel frame and packing by wooden box. 3. Motor & break which need to protect from rain and damp should be packed in case, rain proof packing plastic film are packed in the cases.
