VINYL RESIN CAPSULE    Product Description HM-200 CHEMICAL ANCHOR BOLT SYSTEMS HM-200 Anchor bolt systems are sets of vinyl resin capsules and steel bolts. We’ve these in different sizes ranging from M10-M30 The resin capsules contain vinyl resin along with selected quartz sands and curing agent The bolts are made from high strength steel and are coated with Zinc/Copper These are indeed strong, easy to install and have been gradually substituting embedding and expansion anchor bolts Advantages of HM-200 Chemical anchor systems Highly resistant to aging, fatigue, corrosion and creeping Strong bonding strength; usually stronger than the substrate Can be used on variety of substrates: concrete, wood, rock etc Doesn’t expand, hence keeps the substrate intact and free from harm Convenient to use; Environment friendly; Scope of Application Curtain installation on wood, concrete, aluminum, steel structures Installation of machines and equipment Fixation of  steel frames/plates to concrete columns, beams and walls Fixation of pipelines, rail lines, crane lines etc.  Application Procedure Drill  a hole of the required diameter and depth on the substrate Make sure the hole is clean. Use any means like brushes, air blower etc Insert the resin capsule into the hole Insert the chisel ended steel bolt using a rotary hammer drill, crushing through the resin capsule, mixing the chemical materials and incepting the curing process Leave the structure undisturbed until complete curing Installation Guide
