Shanghai FARFLY-- FTM100  basket mill: Principle: The milling basket,containing the grinding sand is lowered into the millbase,the fast circulation of the millbase within the milling basket is generated by the dissolver disc and intergeted pump wheel,a very narrow particle size distribution can be achiened very quickly. Characteristics: Predispersion with a dissolver disc and grinding with a milling basket in one machine and one container. No pumps,piping,valves,additional containers etc are required. Easy cleaning and minimum remaimns when changing the product. Little grinding media required. Double walled milling basket and double walled container for cooling or heating.  High circulation rates even with highly viscous products due to the dissolver disc and pump wheel. Excllent grinding results. Particularly high thoughput rates. Low energy requirement. No dead areas due to effective millbase circulation. Specially designed construction of basket and rotor ensure non metal pollution for material. Design of blocking spare parts make it much more convenient to dissemble,maintain and overhaul there is little need of professional maintainer. Technical data:

After Sales Service The above machine which we supply it to you, we can give you one years after sales warranty, we can also send our engineer to you factory to install this equipment and train your staff, but the Buyer should pay the round air ticket cost and arrange the hotel accommodation as well as the meals for Seller’s engineer. We will send some free set of spare parts for you change it. Payment terms:  30% deposit by T/T before production, 70% balance should be paid by T/T before shipment. but we also accept L/C. Package:  Standard wooden Case Packing Shipment terms:  We usually take FOB, but we can also accept EXW,CIF,CNF.
