The adjustment for picker plate for Corn Cutting Machine. (1) The front clearance and the back clreance are all large, the corn cob flat or stand there along the clearance, it will bring the condition of clipping the ear when the snapping roller touch the ear,it should decrease the clearance.(2) The entrance of picker plate is blocked by the straw; the clearance is too small when the upside of picker plate showing lots of straw and pieces, it is suitable to increase the clearance. (3) The ear plate gap after adjustment, make sure tight between the gear waster and the waster of ear plate adjustment on ear after meshing, fixed bolt.
