Product Description     About  Hydraulic Hose    hydraulic hose Consists of an inner tube, middle layer, four spiral wire reinforcements and cover. Inner tube is to transmit liquid under pressure and protect wire against corrosion while cover is to protect wire against abrasion, wire layer ( Ø0.3-2.0 reinforcement) is the structure materials that providing reinforcement.   Hose Structure  Hydraulic hose has the following structures:   Inner Tube: Neoprene Reinforcement: Four spiral layers of high tensile steel wire Cover: Black neoprene blend that meets MT98 and GB/T 15907 Flame resistance  Application Standards: GB / T 10544 4SP, EN856 4SP, MT98 4SP.     Application  Hydraulic hose has variety applications in industry. Mainly used in mine hydraulic support, oil exploration, suitable to engineer ,construction, crane transport, forging metallurgy, mining equipment, ships, injection molding machinery, agricultural machinery various machine tools.        Working Temperature  Hydraulic hose can work under the following temperature:   -40C to +100C   Features   It provides superior oil resistance, heat resistance and aging resistance by using special synthetic rubber. It provides high pressure resistance and superior impulse resistance. It provides superior bonding in hose internal, soft use and small deformation under pressure. It provides superior kink resistance and fatigue resistance and longer services life. Packaging & Shipping   The general package of hydraulic hose is plastic or woven bag with pallet under the hose, which can be seen below.
