      Functions application : it is used to extrude different shape product by feeding cold rubber ,different product like rubber rod , tread ,filter rubber and insulating layer for cable & bead filler etc. products by changing different heads .    Screw : material is 38CrMoAlA , the thickness of nitrogen treatment is 0.5-0.7mm , and the surface hardness is HV950-1000. It is connected with gearbox reducer main shaft by involute spline, cooling water can pass through the inner bore of screw.   Machine barrel section: it mainly consists of pin barrel , feeding zone barrel , feeding device and other parts.
