Function:
Mainly for rubber warming, plasticating, mixing, and sheeting.
Features:
1. Rollers: Made of alloy chilled cast iron, hollow, with smooth surface after precision grinding processing.
2. Reducer: With hard-tooth gears. Noise is low, and using life is long.
3. Bush: Three types, nylon, copper, and roller bearing
4. Nip adjustment: Two types, manual and electric
5. Lubrication of roll: Two types, oil lubrication and grease lubrication
6. Emergency stop device: With emergency button and lever, to ensure the safety of operator and equipment.

BEFORE PACKAGE, LOAD TEST WILL BE CARRIED OUT, TO ENSURE THE CUSTOMER CAN USE THE MACHINE IMMEDIATELY AFTER INSTALLATION.
