Production Introduction

The high-grade water based ink is formulated with nanoscale organic(inorganic) pigment, imported

special aqueous acrylic emulsion and related additives by certain physical and chemical processes; low VOC,

odorless, non-toxic, non flammable, non-explosive, OHS safe, good printability, conforms to cigarette

package VOC standards; good wettability and dispersibility to pigments, specially used on middle or high

speed rotogravure multicolor overprint for cigarette inner liners paper.
