1.	Mold design Use Pro/ENGINEER, UG NX, SOLIDWORKS to creat the mold model. Offer the   parting lines for customer to approve. From model to final inspection, every step must meet our strict quality standards.
2.	Mold model Our experienced engineer will creat the mold model. We can creat the mold     model  according to the samples, or 2D,3D drawings.How to put the plastic into     the mold? How to fix the mold on the rotational machine arms? All the questions  will be solved before machining.
3.	Casting    Use foundry casting process to make the mold.
4.	CNC Machining & Casting According to your products,we will help you to chose the mold machining process.                               Use a whole Aluminum plate/block to make the mold, the whole mold will be made by CNC machine, both outside and inside.
	Surface Treatment  Polishing, Sand blast, mirror surface,teflon coating Our finishing technicians are specialists in hand polishing. Teflon coating and    special coatings are available.
5	Make mold base and install mold clamp Mold base is essential to operation of the mold and protecting the aluminum from distortion and parting line wear. Our assembly department and engineering staff    design each mold base specifically depends on the molding environment and   machines on which it will be ran.
6.	Sample After the mold is finished,we will make a sample to check the quality.

Mould design Confirmation, We design the mold for you as per your drawings   5, Mould makingAccording customer’s specifications to build the mould.
