  Machine function and features   1.The designing of control system applies to the most advanced microprocessing.It combines the electronic calculation processing system with the computerized needle selection device.Finger-touching control panel and easy operation make machine more humanized. 2.Any jacquard pattern of fabric can be input into the computer by the way of scanning and programming. After color tidied and draft revised,it will be converied to the magnetic sheet then operate on the control systerm of computer.Moreover,Jacquard pattern can be changed rapidly on the system. 3.This machine adopt Japanese 3-way position electronic needle selection technology(KNIT,TUCK,MISS).And this machine will be capable to produce all kinds of jacquard fabric without limiting of jacquard pattern range. 4.We choose CHUANGDA needle selection technology.And adopting 8-step electronic Actuator.The space distance of needles is enough to meet the demand of high speed production. The electronic Actuator can keep low-powered and thermophilic heat during longtime running.So that the precision of needle selection will be guara-nteed. 5.The precise encoder can calculate the position of needles and the correction of Zero.And the encoder is also able to adjust the inertial error automatically when machine start to work and stop.For more precise of needle-selection,we add a detector to increase the effect of zero calibration.The control system will check the encoder then determine the signal right or not.All of these steps make sure the whole systerm run stably.   Component 2D layout design
