  Maintenance of roll forming machine For a roll forming machine, good maintenance is a crucial element to improve machine working efficiency and extend its service life. Following are some tips on machine maintenance:

Filter 1 each oil change, filters should be replaced or thoroughly cleaned;
2 air filter of the fuel tank should be checked and cleaned every three months better to be replaced each year.
3 when there is alarm or oil filter is not clean, filter should be replaced;

Hydraulic components 1 Hydraulic system should be cleaned each month, (including the base board, valve, motor, pump and oil pipe.) to keep dust off, but detergent should not be used.
2 When the new machine has been used for one month, user should check possible deformation of oil pipe and replace the deformed one. When used for two month, all connections of components should be tightened and this should be done after the machine is turn off and there is no system pressure.   Hydraulic oil 1 oil level should be checked each week or after repair of hydraulic system. Fill in the hydraulic oil once oil level is below the oil window
2 oil temperature should be between 35 °C ~ 60 °C, shall not exceed 70 °C,if the oil temperature is too high it will lead to deterioration and damage of accessories.
