Rigid PVC Profile Production Line Introduction:
Rigid PVC Profile Production Line consists of twin screw extruder, vacuum forming table, haul-off, cutter, profile stacker. Based on different requests, the twin screw extruder can be parallel or conical type. The extruder has capacity range from 150Kg/h to 450Kg/h. Haul-off adopts our unique lifting technology, with advantages of stable work, good reliability, large hauling force. Vacuum forming table adopts special increased eddy cooling system, which is easy for cooling shaping to meet the demand of high speed extruding. The moving speed of cutting machine keeps pace with hauling speed, all actions of it controlled by PLC, it has advantages of reasonable design, stable operation, automatic specific-length cutting, and dust recycling device equipped. Cooling mode: Main cooling of Rigid PVC Profile Production Line: screw cooling & barrel cooling. The screw controlled through center oil-cooling.
The barrel controlled through air-cooling of fans and water-cooling of water pipes surrounded around it.
Heating system:
Barrel heating element of Rigid PVC Profile Production Line adopts cast aluminum ring in stainless steel shell. The heating zone has an independent cooling fan to keep constant temperature, which is controlled by the RKC meter(Japan). Transmission-deceleration system: Rigid PVC Profile Production Line adopts high torgue reduction box, which connects main motor at one side through coupling, and connects distribution box at the opposite side, then transforms the torgue from single-shaft to double-shaft through distribution box.

After extruding mould, the hot shaped profile extruded out and go in to the profile former(Made of Tin Bronze), which works in vacuum condition, and cooled by circulatory water. After the end of forming table, vortex fans running to blow-dry the conveyed water-covered profile materials. Machine model depends on the profile size. Haul-off & Cutter:
In this Rigid PVC Profile Production Line, the haul-off and cutter can adopt conjoined structure, with advantages of low cost, high efficiency, easy control and energy saving. Machine model depends on the profile size. Profile stacker: Special automatic collection structure for the production of Rigid PVC Profile Production Line. The last step, the profiles go out from cutter and laid on Nylon-rollers, then automatically collected to profile stacker.
