Rigid frame stranding machine   Usage The machine is mainly used for stranding bare copper, aluminum wire, ACSR as well as rounded and fan-shaped aluminum and alloy conductor wires.   Main capability features 1. The bobbins are arranged quartering around the stranding cages. The central shaft does not bear the bobbins. 2. High rigid, high performance, high speed and low inertia. 3. Driven by 36-stage variable gear-box, dual hauling and dua active device. Natural wire distribution avoids abrasion damage when stranding. 4. The most advanced emergency stop device, direct controlling every bobbin. As soon as any wire breaks, the entire machine will automatically stop at once. 5.
