RFID Tester Machine Label Testing Equipment

RFID Label Tester is also called as "RFID Testing Machine" or "RFID Testing Equipment", it is used to test property of RFID Label for smart card manufacturing machines. It can test frequency of RFID Label with high precision. With its simple and brief operation interface, it is easy to operate and convenient for maintenance.

Technical principle:

The core of RFID testing equipment is a high speed embedded micro processor, which control the digital frequency synthesizer to generate RF signals, and being passed to ejector of sensor. After being amplified demodulation and detected by sensor, the RF signal will be transformed to digital signals and sent back to embedded micro processor.

Attention:

Make sure the 220 V AC input wire and ground wire is in good condition, and the fuse has been put into the socket box of power supplier. The current capacity of fuse is 0.25 A. Check if the voltage is fixed voltage 220 V with error of 10%. Then you can turn on the switch of power supplier. 

After starting up the RFID tester, it will start from the initial working condition. And it will work stable after warming up, then you can operate by guide of instruction.

Details:

1. Induction disk: Please put the RFID on the center of induction disk.
2. Button for frequency measuring range: Beginning frequency scope is form 1.000 MHz to 30.000 MHz.

          The first time to press this button: The search starting frequency twinkles, which could be setting. 

          The second time to press it: The search ending frequency twinkles, which could be setting.

          The third time to press it: Setting finished and save the setting frequency scope. 

       3. It is used to set starting or ending values of F and Q. Each time press, frequency of F will grow 10 kHz or value of Q                  grows 10. Keep press will speed up the growing.

       4. Reset button: Restart tester, frequency and Q will back to initial value.

       5. Setting button for Q measuring comparison scope: Initial Q scope is from 0 to 999.

           The first time to press: To set minimum comparison value of Q.

           The second time to press: To set maximal comparison value of Q.

           The third time to press: Setting finished, and save the setting.

        6. It is used to set starting or ending value of F and Q. Each time press will reduce frequency 10 kHz or Q reduce 10. Keep             press will speed up the reducing.

        7. Lock button for measuring signal ratio of attenuation.

        8. Lattice LCD.
