 Reverse Osmosis Water Treatment system   Based on the different  quality of raw water ,pretreatment adopt the desalting technics as ultrafiltration or traditional  filtrate with equipment +reverse osmosis treatment +ion -exchange or EDI system. As the pretreatment  ,reverse osmosis  device could remove ions more than 98%. According to the different quality of  raw water and the vary requirement  of the boiler ,as the depth desalting system ,ion-exchange system adopt the flexible technics of combination of cation bed ,ion bed and mix-bed or single pass mix-bed or dual pass mix bted to meet the feedwater requirement  for the boiler ,Compare with traditional ion-exchange method ,RO system removes the salt absolutely ,so it can prolong the rebirth period enormously.      Standard components : 1. Membrane : HYDRANAUTIC, GE or equivalent 2. RO pump : GRUNDFOS or equivalent. 3. Filter housing : Stainless steel 304. 4. System Control : (a) PLC control system, stage indicator lamps at control panel                               (b) Auto backwash sand and activated carbon filter (optional)                               (c) Auto cut-off and alarm alert system 5. Piping : Stainless steel 304 pipe for high pressure; Sch 80 PVC pipe for low pressure. 6. Valve & gauge : High & low pressure switch, flow meters, oil filled pressure gauges                             conductivity meter, actuator valves, sampling valves 7.
