    How to use Resin Casting RTV Silicone Rubber S825 for mold making? 1.Take 1 part A and 1 part B,mix them evenly.
2.Vacuum defoaming in 1~3 min,inject the rubber into the type box, then vacuum defoaming again, curing 24 hours in nature room temperature, use it after demold.
3.Demold after 3 hour room temperature curing, and then use it after 24 hours’ keep mold under the same condition.   Storage and Precautions of Resin Casting RTV Silicone Rubber S825:    Resin Casting RTV Silicone Rubber S825 is an environmentally-friendly liquid  silicone product, is not easy to burn and can be stored and transported as non-hazardous goods. The shelf life of the product is about one year from  the date of production. Inspection is required when exceeding the time limited. It can continueto be used in case of neither thickening nor deterioration.
