One.Function
Our machine can according to customer's different requirement to customize different coating method :such as gravure roller coating machine,double roller coating ,three roller coating,five roller coating ,comma blade coating,air knife coating etc.
This release film and paper roeducts coating machine is suitable widely for all kinds of coating production as like BOPP adhesive tape,aluminum foil adhesive tape,kraft paper adhesive tape,medical adhesive tape ,electrical adhesive tape,double side adhesive tape,PE protective film,PVC protective film,all kinds of adhesive sticker products ,transfer film,conducting film,anti-static film,release paper,photographic paper,canvas,gold and silver card etc.
Two.Specific:
1.Overall machine adopt 4 frequency motors, automatic tension controller control,keep the speed synchronous.
2.The unwinding frame adopt magnetic powder automatic control tension
3.Machine adpot gravure coating method,coating blade adjust by manual with pneumatic,angle adjust freely.coating quantity depend the mesh of gravure roller.
4.Oven is 10m for 4section independently control,adopt thermal oil,hot air intake dry box,adjustable inner cycle air intake and out device,air intake and out with strong air,dry thoroughly.
5.Oven inner guide wheel is active keep pace with the mainframe,drive adopt synchronous belt drive guide wheel to assure synchronous to reduce material stretch and deformation,cylinder pneumatic open oven and film pass operation panel so that worker can work very easily.
6.The tension between coating roller and traction steel roller adopt float swing arm by PLC auto-control
7.Automatic length and speed meter decive
8.Angle rectify adopt EPC air sensitive register to assure the trimness when rewinding
9.Rewinding and unwinding adopt key type air shaft
10.Steel roller cooling adopt water cycle to make the film surface more smooth and clean,to reach good cooling affect.
