  The using properties and the role of petroleum resin in different industries
A, paint, paint mainly use high softening point of C9 petroleum resin, DCPD resins, C5 / C9 copolymerized resin, paint to join the petroleum resin can increase the gloss paint, increase the film adhesion, hardness, acid and alkali resistance.
B, rubber, rubber is mainly using low softening point of C5 petroleum resin, C5 / C9 copolymerized resin and DCPD resins.Such resins and natural rubber granule has a good solubility, no significant impact on the process of rubber vulcanization, rubber with petroleum resin can have the effect of viscosity, reinforcing, softening.Especially the joining of C5 / C9 copolymerized resin, not only can increase the bonding strength between colloidal particles, but also can improve the bonding strength between colloidal particles and cord, suitable for radial tire contour requirements of rubber products.
