1. Brief Intruduction: Brief Introduction Raymond grinding mill is mainly used in chemical industry such as grinding glass, rubber, pesticides, enamel, paint, phosphate fertilizer, paper. Hardness below seven Moh’s hardness following humidity below 6% non-flammable and explosive materials.Such as: talc, barite, calcite, limestone, manganese oreiron ore , chrome ore, quartz, gypsum, bentonite, etc, below are some material in application:

4. Production Process Production Process Grinding Process of Main Unit: The motor’s power is driven to the decelerator’s output torque, by way of the coupler, drives the center shaft’s plum-shape holder to make a circumference revolution. In the mean while, the rollers rotate due to their mutual friction. And caused by the centrifugal force, these rollers sway outward, pressing the ring tightly. In the course of its turning around, the shovel blade, which is fixed at the intersect for the lower part of the holder and the roll, shovels the ore to the point between the roll and the link, forming an ore-cushion coat. As the rolls keep on rolling, crush and pulverization are thus completed.
5. Details Decide Quality Details Make Quality (1) Jaw Crusher a. The body shell is whole casting by our own foundry. Much more stable than welding shell. b. Thickened shell gets longer service life. 3, Simple and reasonable structure Note: some jaw crusher from other supplier is welded with seperate pieces. This makes the structure less compact. (2) Foundation Bolt The long foundation bolt can reduce vibration and make the machine more stable when then machine is running, thereby it will prolong service life. Note: some supplier adopts expansion screw insead of the foundation bolt. This increases the vibration during the machine is running. (3) Large Base of Main Unit a. Large base makes the machine more stable during running. b. The design of tangential airflow inlet make the airflow from air blower into the chamber more easier.The design take full advantage of the airflow and save energy consumption. Note: some supplier only weld some steel onto the inside wall of main unit. This reduces the price but weaks the stability and performance of the mill. (4) All shafts Central Axis is core component for each machine,we have strict quality control for this: a. First step --The central axis will be preliminarily rough machined by lathe b. Second step -- Heat Treatment Quench and elimit its internal stress to make the central axis more tenacious and stable c. Third step -- Finsh turning d. Last step -- To mill bearing position by grinder Note: in order to reduce cost, some supplier would not to take the above full steps.
