Characteristics:

1. Aggregate weighing and conveyor system

Individual aggregate weighing system

Equip with two discharge gate for each storage hopper. When the discharge volume near to goal volume, one gate will closed. Only one gate continue to discharge, to achieve the high accuracy of measurement.

2. Powder weighing system

The accurate screw feeder will be used in the weighing of powder. Both screw conveyor can work simultaneously. When feed powder is nearly target volume, The main screw conveyor will stop working and the small screw conveyor continue to work, achieve the accurate goal. Each powder can be calculated and measured by independently, which is convenient for add and remove, ensure the accuracy of weighing.

The big end and small end joint technique is used between scale and screw conveyor and mixer without powder accumulation.

The connection between powder scale and platform is non-welding and unlocking, avoiding the inaccuracy of weighing of powder by calculation and measurement of platform deformation when overfeed.

Reasonable permeability design and balance powder scale pressure effectively avoid impacts on the measurement.

3. Additive liquid weighing system

Rough and precise calculation of liquid admixture as well as adjustment equipment such stock bag and manual ball valve can adjust at proper time and rise the accuracy of weighing.

Upstairs water storage tank can automatically drop by gravity. Flux is more stable. Weighing is precise. Rough and precise measurement, and automatically add the lost and remove the extra, and ensure measurement accuracy.

Independent admixture scale, adding in advance and adding later are both feasible. Admixture leakage prevention device can ensure the quality and safety of the concrete.

Small amount of admixture weighing system is available, which is designed for small amount liquid admixture such as air entraining agent.
