Process description:

The production line adopts the processing technology of spinning by air flow, stretching bynegative air pressure through narrow gap, using PP as its production material. The key technologies of the production line lies in stretching. Web laying. Equipments is layouted vertically on the three-floor steel platform, The third floor is for PP feeding, color masterbatch matching, extrusion and melting, filtering, and metering, and spinning. Raw material is sucked onto the mixing device on third floor by vacuum feeder from 1st floor, and then feed into screw extruder for melting and extrusion, after filtering, the molten polymer is conveyed into melt pump, and precise volumetric flow rate of the molten polymer is pumped to the spinning die for spinning filaments. On the second floor are the air quench chamber and filament stretching device, when the molten polymer is squeezed out from spinneret, and stretched and passed through air quench chamber, the cool air is directed across filament bundle to cause the solidification of molten filament, and finished its stretching inside the narrow gap of upper and lower stretching device, and then, deposited on the moving belt of lapping machine and conveyed to the calendar for thermal bonding, and finally slitting and coiling with automatic winder.
