Primary Components of food storage rack

 

1, Bolted Upright Frame, including uprights, bracings, bolts and nuts for bracing, 2 pcs. of baseplates ,bolts and nuts for baseplates, Anchor bolts.

 

2, Cross beam,  have a solid tubular construction with pin connectors. Beam connectors are compatible with most other designs.

 

Optional Components

  

1, Row spacer,   create distance between two rows of your pallet racks. This allows you to keep all of the rows of pallet racks organized, in-line, and spaced evenly. The quantity of row spacers needed depends on the height of the uprights. 

   

2, Pallet supporting bars, for pallets that are not large enough to fit on a pallet rack shelving level, pallet supporting bars will provide the needed extra platform base. Typically, each pallet location need two pallet supporting bars.

 

 

3, Upright protectors, by adding increased protection for your storage system, upright protectors preserve the condition and structural strength of your racking. Our typical upright protector is designed with long lasting steel and easily bolted to the floor for structural support.

 

4,   Wiremesh decks, wiremesh decks add utility to your storage unit by providing further stability for pallets stored on the racking. Decking can also be helpful for preserving stray products that may come out of boxes or cartons.

 

 

5, Upright frame barrier, protect the upright frames from damage by the forklift trucks

In general, the raw material of steel code is  Q235B. Other steels are also available to clients’ requirements.

 

5.What is the standard sizes for your racks? Could you produce according to customers’ design?

We can make customized sizes as per your requirements, so basically our shelves are belong to non-standard products.  Sure, we have very rich experience in customizing shelves.

 

6.What are main rack and add on rack?

The difference of these two kinds of racks is upright. Main rack is the 

start rack with 2 uprights, and add on rack is the continue rack with 

only 1 upright. For example, if there is 10 racks along the wall, 

the structure will be 1 main rack+ 9 add on racks.

 

7. Are samples available?

A: Yes. Short sections of samples can be provided, they are free of charges, but international courier charges are at the clients’ expenses.

8. Which sea port will be as loading port?

A: Shenzhen Port of China or Guangzhou Port of China are the closest port to us, are recommended strongly as loading port. 

 

9. What is delivery time?
