QT4-20 semi-auto concrete paver machine:
Main features:
1. The brick machine can be universally used for the manufacturing of hollow brick, porous brick, standard brick and pavers with and without face mix, curbstones and similar element.
2. QT4-20 adopts hydraulic system and the working procedure is very even and dependable, hydraulic press together with efficiently vibration make the brick high density and good quality.
3. As to the hydraulic system, we install the cooling pump which arrsure that our hydraulic station can work in good condition.
4. The machine is built of strong section steel with 4 guilding columns with which the mould moves up and down. The seat of mould is equipped with synchronized connecting rod so that both sides of two end of mould can work up and down synchronously.
5. It is work force saving for its rod operating control, automactic pallet conveyance, automatic batching and leading-out, also hydraulic molding
