    1.The recycling and reproduction of the waste rubber has extremely profound significance for solve environmental and resources problems. 2.During the traditional production process, environmental pollution problem, using security problem and high energy consumption problem are the mainly problems. After the actual production test, this new waste rubber recycling machine has completely solved the problems which existed in the traditional process.   3.The waste rubber recycling machine composed loading machine, mixing machine, mainframe and electric control system. It is use for making activated rubber powder by waste rubber through plasticizing and regeneration.     4.We have three models of waste rubber recycling machine: RRM-130/ RRM-160/ RRM-180; optional rated voltage: three-phase 380V and 400V; frequency:50HZ; motor adjustable rotational speed:0-960 RPM. The weight of the machine is about:18T.   5.Total power of RRM-133: 220KW; output is about 300-500KG per hour(depends on the density of the material); energy consumption is about 120-160 kilowatt-hour per ton.
