2.The conveyor belt structure is designed as a modular, with strong parts interchangeability , compact structure, low noise, installation, convenient maintenance, and it also can combined according to the different ability and bottle types, with a great deal of flexibility. 
3.The design of electrical control is advanced and reasonable, in order to prevent the bottles squeezein the conveying process, especially the control between high-speed line and bottles conveying line, it adopts chain control with easy interoperate control; the control elements have proximity switch, photocell sensor; there are many kinds of control method, to put forward practical controls methods according to different design requirements, for the purpose of smooth delivery. 
4.To set the reasonable position of the control switches according to conveyor system layout and customer demands for users operation ease. 
5.The main structural components are stainless steel (SUS 304), side panel thickness is 2.5mm. 
6.The main electrical components are selected OMRON, MITSRBISHI, etc. 
7.Conveyor trunking is made by stainless steel 304, 1mm. 
8.The entire line is equipped with lubricant water conservation tank, of which material is 1.0 mm stainless steel(SUS304), to ensure the equipment integrity and lubricant effective recycling. Air Conveyor Main Characteristics 1.Air Conveyor System is fast and precise equipment, controlling the empty PET bottles driven by air pressure, regularly along the preliminary orbit to the destination. 2.Except support arm etc. which are made of plastic or nylon material, other parts are made of SUS AISI304. 3.Air blower is settled withprimary air filter to prevent the dust coming into the bottle. The filter is higher than G4, adopted with multilayer filter screen: the outer layer is non-woven fabrics filter screen; the inner layer is 304 stainless steel screens, mobile type and  separate replacement. 4.The blast regulator guarantees stable bottle transmitting. The noise of the working fan≤70 db (one meter away) 5.The guardrail is supra polymer wear rib to prevent the damage while carrying bottles. 6.The access hole facilitates to overhaul and wash the machine.
