Sweet Almond Oil for Cooking: Cooking, cold and dressed with sauce, instant drinking and DIY blending oil.
Sweet almond oil can be used as other cooking oil, meanwhile it can be added in salad vegetables, you can have a straight drink 5-10ml, or you can eat bread with wheat germ oil, or you can do a DIY blend oil with other edible oils on a certain percentage according to your health requirements.
