PU-Covering on The Plastic Parts Foaming Mold Carrier

It is hydraulic drived and by PLC control. The mold can be operated as single-station or equipped as multi-station system.

MH-U series hydraulic drived mold carriers is a new type equipment developed based on ZSIMs MH type mold carrier, to meet the special requirement of automobile inner parts industry, mainly be used for PU-covering on the plastic parts and the other similar parts foaming production.

All theordinal operation for foaming production (to open the mold, close the mold, lock the mold, drive the mold-plate up/down, clamping the parts, to doedge-breaking of the parts) is hydraulic/pneumatic drived and by PLC control.

The mold canbe operated as single-station or equipped as multi-station system with highproductivity.
