RoHS ISO9001      Product Description PTFE Rod is available in both virgin grades and reprocessed (mechanical) for less demanding applications. We offer two type of PTFE Rods, one is extruded rod, another is molded rod. Dechengwang extrudes rod in all standard sizes from 4mm diameter up to 160mm in diameter, rod is inventoried in 1000mm lengths and it can be cut into ordered length. Molded method has a very large diameter ,it can reach to 600mm,the length only range from 100~1000mm as the limited of mold ,which 300mm length is most widely used.   Application of PTFE Rods   PTFE rod is generally used as machining stock for all kinds of chemical, electrical and mechanical components where the outstanding performance characteristics of PTFE are required. Various fillers(such as fiberglass, carbon, graphite, etc.) are available to modify the properties of PTFE to meet higher application requirements.   PTFE Molded Rod   PTFE Large Diameter Rod is processed by molded method ,which also called PTFE molded rod. It diameter can reach to 400mm,the length only range from 100~1000mm as the limited of mold ,which 300mm length is most widely used   
PTFE Extruded Rod PTFE Round Rod is processed by extrusion method,which also call PTFE extruded rod. It usually has a long length which can reach to 2400mm, standard length is 1000mm, but the diameter only rang from 3~160mm.
