A: Contact ATHRUN PAN directly and provide as more information as you can, like the pictures which can show the box's structure and patterns, the size, thickness of the box's material (Normally around0.23-0.35mm), printing methods (CMYK or Pantones) and the order quantity, anything you have. We will figure out if there's existing molds for making your box, and the quotation will be sent to you within one working day with all the details you want to know. Q: What is so-called MOULDS? A: Mould is widely used in the manufacturing field, especially in producing tin boxes, we are not supermen who can twist the tinplate into various shapes, but moulds can do this job very well! The moulds will be tightly placed in the punching machines, tinplates can be punched into the desired shapes there. We have many years experience in manufacturing tin box, there's over 2000pcs moulds stocked in our plant, but that's not enough to catch up the customer's unconstrained thinking, we have to create new moulds to meet client's requirements, the mould charge comes at the same while. It is not cheap, and that's why we usually recommend the similar boxes to our new customer for saving the cost. The mould charge will be refunded to the customer when the order's amount reach to a certain number accordingly Q: How to get a FREE sample? A: You ONLY need to pay the courier charges for getting pieces free samples if we have some in storage. Additional charges will be requested for the NEW printed samples with existing moulds and your artwork. Samples will be packaged well and sent to you at once by DHL/FEDEX/EMS when the sample freight received. Q: What format of the artwork is available?
A: AI/PDF/CDR/PSD or other widely used cartographic software made files with no less than 300 dpi.
