A:Yes. We usually send out our typical colors to save time and improve efficiency. But customized color are always welcomed. You may send us the color specification and we’ll make the adjustment specially for you. 

Q: May I visit your factory?
A: You are always welcomed to visit us. Let us know your schedule and we’ll help you arrange everything. Our production line operates round the clock and you will be invited to drive our tractor during the visit. 

Q: Can you explain how to assemble the implements?
A: Most implements are partially assembled for the convenience of transportation. We will send you the installation video or instructions for your reference.

Q: What about the after-sale service?
A: Sufficient quick –wear parts will be sent along with the tractor. And for each tractor model, spare parts and accessories shall be available for 5-10 years. If you need any of them, free to contact us.
Q: I am not familiar with shipping, can you do something?
A: We have a professional team to help with all the Air/Sea/Express shipping procedures: booking, shipping, custom clearance, documents, delivery, etc, all of which shall be taken care of.
