The cover is a premium stiching leather-like (Not Genuine leather)  hard cover which has rounded corners design and magnetic buckle to keep it tightly enclosed . It's super smooth and soft to touch. There are 4 card slots on the front inner cover  and  one pen loop on the rear inner cover. Six robust stainless steel rings fix 140  holed pages with 7mm ruling and 10 other pages including sections like waterproof  PP piece as the first page to protect the paper pages,  personal information,2014-2016 three- year calendars, tables of long-distance codes , postal codes and time zones, metric tables,city metro maps,year planner,memos and address list. Each page has weahter icons, week, date and Memo No. The loose-leaf notebook allows you reposition, add and deduct papers flexibly for grouping and filing notes and subjects. It is a perfect companion to take with you at work or on a meeting.
