1, the screw is with special mixing function and high plasticizing capacity.

2, hanger-type die head with two throttle design could more precisely adjust sheet thickness. Temperature control ± One degree celsius can accurately control the plasticizing process and sheet thickness

3, three-roll calendar is vertical or of 45 degree tilt. Sheet thickness is controlled by two-way roller screw adjustment. Sheet thickness can be precisely adjusted

4, the independent control system of roller temperature could precisely control the temperature of the roller pressure and ensure the product's uniform thickness

5. Winder is equipped with big torque motor, which could freely adjust its speed and tension.

6. Equipped with meter counting device to precisely control the product length
