  Product Description    PP/PE, PS/ABS, PMMA multi-layer co-extrusion sheet production line developed by POLYTECH was composed by extruders, extrusion die, calendar, haul-off device and cutter/winder etc. Special designed screw has special mixing function and high plasticizing capacity. Coat-hanger T- die with twin throttle design enable more precise adjustment of sheet thickness. The precise of temperature control less than ±1 °C can control the plasticizing process precisely, to get a better sheet thickness and smoothness.  Different types of three-roller calendar should be chosen when different kind of sheet would be made. Sheet thickness is controlled by screw adjustment and the pressing roller in the calendar. Independent control of roller temperature control system can precisely control temperature which makes the sheet extrusion perfect.     Specifications:

      Applications: This PP/PE/PS/ABS/PMMA multi-layer co-extrusion sheet(bord)extrusion machine is able to continuously extruded PP/PE/PS/ABS/PMMA multi-layer co-extrusion sheet. Applicable scope of PC endurance board: Garden, the recreation place, decoration strangely and the corridor pavilion; Internal and external ornaments in the commercial building, curtain wall of the modern urban building; transparent container of aviation, the windscreen before the motorcycle, the plane, the train, the steamer, the submarine, army and police's shield, the telephone booth, advertising signpost, the advertisement of the lamp houses, the expressway and overhead way of the city partition protective screen. Application of PMMA board (Acrylic board): Used in the instrument widely, the part of the instrument, lamp and lanterns, decoration, construction material, the plane, auto fittings, medical equipments, arts and crafts product, the insulating material of the electric apparatus, the sample, the sign and various light industry, culture and education, and daily life articles, etc..... Application of the bathtub board: Co-extrude PMMA-ABS and compound them together. Not only have the surface gloss characteristic of acrylic board, but also given consideration to ABS board shock-resistant advantage. The products apply to the fields of bath products widely, such as the bathtub, the shower cabinet, the vapour room, etc. Application of ABS, HIPS refrigerator board: Can be use in gallbladder in the refrigerator, door gallbladder, the drawer, water contained plate, etc.
