NHXS series Centrifugal Exhaust Fan:

1).Standard parts like washers are made of stainless steel, no rust, beautiful appearance.The outer frame is made of hot galvanized plate to avoid rust.Zinc layer180g/sqm;

2).Fan blade is made of krupp stainless steel.Thickness: 1.2mm, Surface finish grade: BA .    

3). Fan blades are adjusted by intelligent dynamic-balance tester,tolerance controlled within 1 g. 

4). Centrifugal system is mainly made of  high quality nylon PA66. Guide rod is made of 304 stainless steel covered with synthetic plastics to reduce frication. 

5). Linking parts are made of aluminum alloy, light weight, not deformation. Wear-resistant shaft sleeves reduce clearance and frication;  The spring is made of 304 stainless steel, long life sevice, no deformation, no rust. 

6). Japanese Mitsubishi brand belt; TypeB for big size fan; TypeA for small size fan. 

7). Hot-dip galvanized support and safe are treated by spray molding to avoid rust. 

8). Aluminum alloy casting motor,good heat dissipation,light weight, high efficiency; Protection grade IP55; Insulation class F grade; Energy efficiency level 2.

  NHXS-1380 Swung Drop Hammer Fan(Motor-Drive):

1). The fan blade is made of quality stainless steel.Thickness: 1.2mm, Surface finish grade: BA .

2). Belt pulley is made of high strength aluminum-magnesium alloy by die-casting machine with 1000 MT, high density and strength.

3). The high strenghth nylon swung drop hammer device makes shutters open and close flexibly.

4). Safe net is also made of hot galvanized plate, no rust.

1). Built-in shutter design; Frame materials: stainless steel, aluminum alloy, galvanized plate for option.
