1. Smoothly work of large gear and small gear, little noise. The motor current should be no abnormal fluctuations; ball mill should be repaired when bolt loose or damaged; it should be necessary to adjust gap.
2. The main bearing lubricating oil temperature should not exceed to 55 degree when it is working; the temperature of driving bear and reducer should below 55 degree, the highest temperature is 60 degree. The lubricating oil should be gone out when it works for one month, new replace of the old one. Then you can change the oil every six months.
