Popular mini dryer machine Product Description Rotary drum dryer is the device that is used to heat and dry the materials. Rotary drying machine is generally applicable to granular materials and it can be also used for the drying of some part of sticky pasty materials or the materials with high water content. Rotary dryers are commonly used to dry sand, slag, slime and so on. What is more, the drying machine is one of the drying apparatus typically used in the cement plants, namely, cement rotating dryer.In our company, this series applies the new type scatter plate device; it can guide direction, flow on an average and scatter the material and so on. And it can make the material in the thin, average and complete condition. Contact the heat airflow completely and use the heat energy fully. Moreover, it adopts reasonable operational parameter, and compared with general drier, it reduce the coal and power consumption above10-15%,and increase the output above10-15%. At present, it is widely used in cement and mining  Application: Chemical industry: ammonium sulfate, sodium sulphide, ammophos, ammonium nitrate, carbamide, oxalic acid, potassium dichromate, PVC, nitrophosphate fertilizer, calcium magnesium phosphate, compound fertilizer,food industry: Glucose,salt, granulated sugar, vitamin malted milk, Granular sugar,minerals: Bentonite, Titanium concentrate, coal, manganese ore, pyrite, limestone, peat. Others: Iron powder, flat soybean, garbage abrasive, match sticks, wood chips, vinasse, etc.    Working Principle of Rotary Dryer: It mainly consists of revolution body, raise material board, transmission device, supportive device and sealing ring, etc.   The heat sources of the drier is from the combustion train, and is adopts down-flow heating methods. When the materials enter into the body from the feeding device, it will be pushed back by the spire raising board. As the drier is in an inclined position, the materials will be down to the lower end under the influence of gravity and rotation, but the raising board will be threw to the upper end for scattering. This procession makes the material well-distributed in the body, and then ensure the heat exchange with the heat wind. After repeated cycle with this procession, the moisture content will be dried.   Features and Benefits:  Reasonable design of raising board and angle ensure the material well-distributed and dry with less times, it has reliable operation and high energy utilization ratio, simple maintenance. Adopt an adjustable center tug structure, the good cooperation of the tug and the rolling ring reduce the attrition and energy consumption. The special structure of the dam-wheel decrease the horizontal thrust, when the machine working in inclination station, it has strong ability of anti-overloading, steady operation and high reliability.
