  Brief introduction  TD-DBI1 Surface mortar     Surface mortar can be divided into types of one component and two component, made of cement,  cementitious materials, various kinds of organic polymer and inorganic materials. Enjoying the following advantages such as high adhesive strength, good flexibility, impermeability, water-proof, crack resistance, easy construction etc. Apply to wall surface of various locations, especially for veneer plastering of building external wall, external wall exterior insulation polystyrene board and extruded board. Instructions and reference dosage: 1. Preparation of mortar: proportion of polymer mortar and water: 4:1 or about, pouring appropriate clear water into a clean mixing barrel, then slowly adding powder mortar. Stir even with mechanical stirrer after soaked. Stir the mixture again to sticky slurry after 10 minutes standing, protect against to sun and wind. Mortar preparation amount at one time should be controlled within the capacity that guarantee to run out within operable time, do not allow to use with water once exceed operable time. 2. Plastering as usage specification. General wall plastering thickness: 2-3mm, bottom surface mortar thickness for outside wall insulation: 2-3mm, plaster layer mortar thickness after grid cloth pasted: 1-2mm, surface mortar should be bonded closely with base course and without delaminating and hollowing. 3. Temperature of operation site and base course should not lower than 5 ℃, wind force not more than 5 level. Avoiding direct sunlight when construct in summer, avoiding construction in rainy day to prevent rainwash of construction wall surface. 4. Normal dosage of surface mortar: 4-6kg/m2.     Technical data
