Product Description PRODUCT DESCRIPTION The polymer emulsion architectural waterproofing coating is high elastomeric single component waterproofing material. It is made of high elastormeric styrene-acrylic latex (styrene acrylic acid ester copolymer) being basic material and added with functional aid agents and superfine powder pigments. It has excellent elasticity, adhesion, low temperature performance. It is applicable to the kitchens, bathrooms, balconies of the building and to the waterproofing of external walls. It doesn’t contain organic volatile components and is applicable to home waterproofing. It is supplied with finished products and applied as waterproofing after opening of the barrel with convenient constructions. Reference application rate For each millimeter thick film, coating rate is 1.67kg/square meter. It will be accordingly increased or decreased as per the required thickness of the film. Packaging: The 20kg liquid component is packaged in iron barrel. Lifetime: one year in unopened status between 5-40℃after manufacturing date Construction highlight: Treatment of substrates: the substrates shall be treated prior to application. It shall be flat, sound, no visible water, dust free, no greasy dirt. The internal and external corners shall be trimmed to the round. The concave, protrusion and cracks shall be rectified to be flat. Reinforced treatment: the specially positions such as the tube roots, internal and external corners shall be reinforced with being coated or mats. Application of coating: the substrates shall be coated two or three layers. The next layer will be coated until the previous layer is dry. The scraping direction of the next layer is crossed with that of previous layer. The hard drying time takes 24 hours and will be protected until it is dry.
