Polyethylene anticorrosive tape for pipeline system

 
    This compound product consists of radiation cross-linked polyethylene substrate and special hot-melt sea-land, with special “memory” functions.During installation and construction of the heat shrinkable belts, the belts shrink uniformly in radial direction under thermal effect; besides, the molten hot melt adhesive wraps around and fills tightly the pipe joints and anticorrosion members, leaving a perfect sealing surface and forming a continuous and integrated anti-corrosion system with the original anticorrosive coating on pipes. This system is resistant to chemical and bacterial corrosion, to hot and cold water soaking as well as impact, and has an outstanding performance to resist ultraviolet rays. This kind of belt has the same service life with the materials of which pipes are made, and it is an ideal anti-corrosive and insulation material.
